Next we present the General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of products of Fundiciones Gómez, S.A.. The purchase of our products imply the acceptance of these conditions. Each time you purchase a product of Fundiciones Gómez, S.A. you will be asked to read and accept these conditions.

Catalogue
Fundiciones Gómez, S.A., placed in Pol. Ind. La Portalada, c/El Chozo, 2 pab. 2 – 26006 LOGROÑO (Spain), proposes the product sale from an accessible catalogue in Internet.

The online sale of our products is limited to the countries of the European Union. Clients from non-EU countries should ask for the information through our contact form.

Orders
The client has to choose the products he wish to acquire, add them to the purchase basket and follow the indicated steps until the conclusion. You can also do the order by the electronic mail or fax, and we will put in contact with you to inform you about the availability of the product, its amount and the costs and conditions of shipment.

Prices
The prices of products are those that appear in the card of each product at the time of the order. The prices do not include IVA (21%) and they are expressed in Euros. Transport costs, as well as the expenses of some methods of payment are expressed clearly in the applicable page of validation of the purchase, as well as taxes and the total amount to pay. Fundiciones Gómez, S.A. reserves the right to reject those orders whose amount does not allow to cover the real expenses of delivery.

In the section “special offers“ we will show the available offers. The prices of these products will be valid while they are shown in the online store.

Forms of payment 
You have two options to make the payment: bank transfer or cash on delivery.

If you choose the bank transfer, will be indicated the account number where you have to pay the total amount of the order. Once received the confirmation of the transference we will ship the order.

Cash on delivery implies a 5% by additional expenses. In this case the total amount of the order will have to be paid to the carrier when you receive the merchandise.

Taxes
The sales realised clients from EU-countries are subject to the payment of Added Value Tax with the corresponding tax type. Residents in the Canary Islands are free of the payment of the VAT, although not of other applicable taxes in each case (custom, local taxes…)

Delivery and delivery period
Except for stock breakage or reasons beyond our control, the orders will be sent in a maximum term of 72 hours, excluded Saturdays and Sundays. Any problem that prevents the fulfilling of this term will be communicated immediately to the client, indicating the new term for delivery.

In order to avoid any delay in the delivery, it is necessary to provide complete and correct data of the client. Fundiciones Gómez, S.A. will not take responsibility for delays due to incomplete delivery address. We can not deliver to post office boxes.

In each case we will choose the most suitable transport for the delivery of the merchandise. The maximum term of transit for the merchandise in the Iberian Peninsula will be of 48 hours and 72 hours for Balearics. For shipments to the Canary Islands and other countries of the European Union we will use the most suitable transport company for each case. As soon as we send the shipment we will communicate to the client the estimated time of transit and the planned date for the delivery.

Costs of transports 
At the time of the purchase the amount corresponding to the transport costs will be indicated.

Returns
The client has a term of 7 days from the reception of the merchandise to give it back. Any anomaly observed at the reception in the packages must be indicated on the delivery note and we must be immediately informed with an e-mail to info@fundicionesgomez.com. The client can decide between the return of the amount of the purchase or the replacement of damaged products, on condition that these are sent back in their original packing. Fundiciones Gómez, S.A. tries to satisfy the exigencies of our clients. In case of not being completely satisfied with the received product, the client can give it back within 7days and the corresponding amount will be reimbursed to him (in this case the expenses of shipment will not be given back).

Case of force majeure
Fundiciones Gómez, S.A. is free of all responsibility in cases of force majeure, such as strikes, fires, natural catastrophes, and similar.

Resolution of controversies
For the resolution of any controversy on the interpretation or execution caused in the purchase procedure, the parts will be submit to the courts of the city of Logroño.
